Why You Should Give 4

Our daughter only got one birthday on earth. Her first. We celebrated with a big party with family and friends at the local train depot. It was a celebration of not only Olivia and her twin brother Wyatt’s first birthday, but also of Olivia’s remission from brain cancer.

Oh little did we know on that joyful day that it would be the only birthday party we would ever throw for our princess.

You see just a few short months later Olivia’s remission ended. Her cancer was back and even bigger than the first time. She battled tirelessly for another 4 months only to lose her battle at just 20 months old.

Now here we are again. February 19th is quickly approaching and this year will mark what should have been Wyatt and Olivia’s 4th birthday.

Our biggest challenge should have been figuring out what kind of party to have for a boy and girl with drastically different tastes. Instead we will have a dinosaur party for Wyatt and do our best to remember her.

This will be a very difficult month. And we are asking that everyone who can donate $4 in honor of what should have been Olivia’s 4th birthday. Help us to remember her and the incredibly courageous battle she fought.

You likely won’t miss your $4. It’s the cost of just one cup of coffee. But it makes a difference in our fight to find a cure for pediatric cancer.

If 1,000 people donated just $4 each, we would raise $4,000. If 10,000 people donated $4 we would raise $40,000, or enough for 1-2 potentially life-saving research projects.

Donate today by visiting this campaign link: https://www.flipcause.com/secure/cause_pdetails/NTI2MA==

Give 4 to pediatric cancer research and honor the life of our precious little girl and so many others whose cure didn’t come soon enough. Learn more at www.oliviacaldwellfoundation.org.
